15th Annual Diamond K Ranch Party & Auction, The Grand Finale

This is an exciting year for NEEC’s Diamond K Ranch Party, it marks the 15th year Mark & Lorry Kelly have hosted this fun event and it will also be the grand finale. We are retiring this long-standing event after this year and will be hosting a brand new event in April of 2017; details will be announced the evening of the party.  We would love to invite you to participate in the largest Ranch Party to date as we celebrate 15 years at the Ranch.

The Ranch Party will be held on Saturday, September 10th from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Mark & Lorry Kelly’s beautiful Diamond K Ranch in Kearney, MO.   It is a fun-filled, family event with something for everyone including dinner and drinks, wonderful variety of live and silent auction items, live music and hayrides, balloon artists, face painting and a moonwalk for the kids. The proceeds from this important annual fundraising event will assist us in providing children with special needs the necessary therapy services they require and need in order for them to reach their full potential. It is NEEC’s primary objective to ensure that all children, whether typically developing or with special needs, reach their full potential and transition into their least restrictive environment.

Tickets are $40 for adults, $15 for children age’s 4 to 12 and children 3 and younger are free. Pioneer Run

Northland Early Education Center is hosting its annual Pioneer Run (5k & 10k run, 1-Mile Kids Fun Run and a 2-Mile Walk) on Saturday, June 11 at 8 a.m. at English Landing Park.

Registration fees for the 10K run are $35 and the 5K run and 2-mile walk fees are $30.  Prices increase $5 on race day.  All participants receive a t-shirt and pancake and sausage breakfast by Chris Cakes.  Registration also includes chip timing, a fun, flat and certified course, awards, great prizes and a raffle. Prizes will be awarded to the team with the most participants and the overall male and female first, second and third place winners in the 5K and 10K run.  Overall first, second and third place winners in the children’s age group, 13 and younger, will also be awarded.  Packet pick-up is Friday, June 10 from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. at The Running Well Store, located at 6106 Barry Board (Boardwalk Square by Hobby Lobby) in Kansas City, Mo.

Sports Trivia Night ~ Battle of the Brains


Join the fun at NEEC’s 1st Annual Sports Trivia Night on Saturday, October 23 at St. James Catholic Church in Liberty, Mo.  Doors open at 6 pm and trivia starts at 6:30 pm.  All proceeds will benefit Northland Early Education Center’s fully-inclusive early education and therapy services program for children in the Northland community.
